4 days to go, so what? Mahiwagang salitang nasabi ni mr alconcel kanina. After 4 days we are still in limbo, hindi mo alam kung may trabaho ka na, o isa ka pa ring unemployed OTRP. May lisensiya ka nga, wala ka na namang trabaho, ano silbi non. Well in essence may trabaho pa ako sa call center kaya lang gusto ko nang mag resign kasi ayoko na dun at gusto ko na mag practice. Mabuti pa siguro iwan ko na yun a ibigay ang vacancy slot sa mga mas nangangailangan. Ayos naman ang volunteer experience e, kahit medyo kalwang nung umpisa, bumabalik na ang aking momentum. Kung gagawan ko ng SOAP notes ang volunteer work:

to improve splinting skills, actual splinting ax such as shaving. cutting and actual splint making ( ulnar gutter). Px was able to perform task independently with moderate to minimal cues. to improve px handling skills, actual handling was performed. Px was able to evaluate and treat px's independently, c difficulty noted on documentation since px still misses some information. Case presentation was also performed to check clinincal reasoning. to check supervisory and teaching skills, splinting demo on wrist cock up and cock up with thumb post molding was performed. px was also asked to be one o the panel for the case presentation of the interns. px was able to perform task with moderate cues, especially on molding splints.
A: all areas remain status quo. No regressions noted.
